El Camino College Parking Structure Torrance, CA This project consists of a concrete parking structure utilizing post-tensioned concrete decks and beams, cast-in-place concrete slab-on-grade, cast-in-place columns and shear walls, CMU walls, and structural steel. The structure consists of a total of six levels occupying a total of 342,710 square feet.
Kroger Distribution Center Paramount, CA This project consists of a 594,000 square foot state of the art modern distribution center. The building is a concrete tilt-up structure utilizing structural steel and a class A hybrid roofing system. The building has 95 truck doors, a concrete paved truck dock, and an extensive steel racking and conveyor system. The Kroger company has a 30-year lease for the property.
Piemonte Office Building Ontario, CA This project consists of a five story building with a footprint of 25,112 square feet. The construction of this project utilizes of conventional spread footings and grade beams and a structural steel frame.
Kathy Binks Elementary School Fontana, CA This project is a new school campus occupying 11 acres and consisting of 6 separate buildings and a lunch shelter. The total area of the building footprint is approximately 51,000 spare feet. The building construction consists of conventional shallow foundations, slab on grade, and conventional framing.
